We want to provide our customers with the best service possible, so if the product isn't right for you we got you covered from the date of delivery up to whenever you feel like returning the item (some exceptions apply please read below).

This means we will issue you with a full refund or exchange the item(s) even if you just changed your mind. All you have to do is follow our return policy below.


  • We can’t issue a refund after an order has been shipped, you must wait until you receive and return the order
  • You must let us know via email about your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order otherwise it won’t be accepted
  • Don’t return an item without our approval. Once we approve your return you will have a unlimited period to send the item back. Please see below for our return address
  • All items must be in the original packaging with the label, unwashed and unworn otherwise it won’t be accepted. Please note that all return will be thoroughly examine.
  • The postage on any return or exchange will be your responsibility
  • We may deduct our shipping cost from your refund
  • You must enclose our return and exchange form within the parcel (download here)
  • We recommend that you use a tracking service when returning an item. We can’t process a refund or exchange if the item goes missing by your postal service
  • Once your returned item is received, we will send you a notification email to let you know. We will inspect it within 4-10 working days and let you know the outcome. If approved we will issue the refund automatically and the payment should appear in your account within 4 to 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds are not issued on item(s) stuck in customs because it’s buyers responsibility please see our shipping and delivery page for tax and customs duty
  • Only the person who purchased the item can return or exchange it and we can only issue a refund to the original method of payment
