As soon as we process your order, we will email your tracking reference number with the link to track the order. Please note tracking can take around 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Depending on the shipping service you choose, when placing your order you may not be able to track the order and some countries don’t have this facility. Please check our shipping & delivery page to see if we can provide tracking service for your country.

Most international buyers ordering few items, won’t incur tax and customs duty charges because is based on the value of the order and whether it exceeds the tax-free threshold.

However, some countries may charge tax or customs duty when your order arrives. Unfortunately, we’ve no control over this and the charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are unable tell you what the cost would be, because it varies from country to country. If you are concern about this, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order.

If your order is returned because you refused to pay the customs duty, the postage fees we paid will be deducted from your refund.

We’re an online brand so we don’t have staff in a call centre answering calls. This allows us to be cost efficient.

However, our Customer Service team are super responsive and trained in all aspects of the business.

Only the original person who purchased the item can return or exchange it and we can only issue a refund to the original method of payment
